You recently visited a local bank branch to resolve a problem with your account. However, the service you received was unsatisfactory. The staff were unhelpful, you had to wait for a long time, and your issue was not resolved properly. The manager was not available, so you left without a solution.
Write an email to the bank manager in about 150–200 words. Your email should do the following things:
- Explain why you visited the bank.
- Describe what went wrong during your visit.
- Explain how the problem affected you.
- Describe how you want the bank to resolve the issue.
