✅ Step 1. Try opening the folder directly
Please do the following:
- Press Win + R
- Type (or copy–paste):
C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Logs
- Press Enter
🔍 What should happen:
If the folder exists, it will open immediately.
If you get a “Cannot find” message, go to the next step.
❗ Step 2. Make sure SC2 is installed through Battle.net
Please clarify:
➡️ Do you play through the official Battle.net launcher or through Steam?
If you use Steam, the path will be different — Steam installs SC2 separately, and you may not have the Battle.net\Logs folder at all.
If you use Battle.net, continue to Step 3.
✅ Step 3. Enable hidden folders
The ProgramData folder is hidden, so you can’t see it unless you enable hidden items.
Do the following:
- Open File Explorer (Win + E)
- At the top, click View → Show
- Tick Hidden items
Now:
- Open Local Disk (C:)
- You should now see the ProgramData folder
- Inside it, find Battle.net → Logs
❗ If the folder is still missing
Then we need to use a different path, because Blizzard sometimes stores logs in alternative directories.
